Consultation Charges
We offer free initial consultations with our licensed Iowa medical providers. You will not be charged for scheduling or attending your first consultation.
When You Are Billed
You will only be billed after you choose to proceed with obtaining a medical cannabidiol certification and your provider has approved your eligibility. Billing occurs once you have given informed consent and confirmed your order for the evaluation and certification.
Certification & Prescription Refunds
Due to the nature of medical cannabidiol certifications and prescriptions—both considered legal medical documents—we cannot offer refunds once they have been issued. All certification sales are final, in accordance with Iowa medical cannabis laws.
Cancellations
- If you decide not to proceed with treatment after your consultation and before payment, you will not be charged.
- If you have already paid but wish to cancel before your certification has been processed, please contact us immediately at contact@iowammjdoctor.com for assistance.
- Once a certification is issued, no refunds can be provided.
Issues with Service or Documentation
If there is an error or issue with your certification or medical documentation (e.g., incorrect information), please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your paperwork. We will investigate and make corrections promptly to ensure your certification is valid and accurate.
